WEEK 19:  13-20 March 2019

Hi guys!  It’s Spring!  Yay!  I’m super excited to see warmer temps and some longer days.  I’m sure there will be a post soon about Spring, but until it’s shared….WELCOME BACK, SPRING!!!!  This week’s pregnancy update is pretty uneventful, but I look forward to sharing with you all the same.  Have a fantastic day!

How far along: 19 weeks

How big is baby: the size of a mango (BTW I am NOT a fan of mangoes)
Gender: Unknown (Team Green)
Events of this week: 2nd Anatomy Scan (19w6d); Date Night; 1st Day of Spring

S. and I had a hilarious date night at the Moore Laughter Clean Comedy Show.  Seriously, the comedians/ennes were hilarious.  (And the huge slice of caramel apple graham cracker cheesecake was Ah-Mahz-ing!!)

Symptoms: The fatigue has returned.  It doesn’t seem to matter what I do, there is never enough time or energy to get it all done. Nap time is definitely a favorite right now.  I am also finally getting hungry.  I feel like I could eat all the time if I wasn’t careful.  Fortunately, I’m making healthy choices concerning my food and portion sizes, but the temptation remains!

Exercise/Activity: I have been doing more walking than usual.
Sleep: So, I’m officially snoring in earnest now.  Time to buy the vents.
Maternity clothes: Yes, though I’m still sprinkling non-maternity pieces throughout.  I am loving the belly covering pants.  They are so comfortable.  I need to pick up maternity bras in the WORST way.  We’ll see what happens.
Stretch marks: Yes. Yes there are.
Belly Button: In.
Food cravings: No
Food aversions: Not really
Movement: Yes especially after fruits or cold water.
Best Moment of the Week: When S. could feel baby moving.
Worst Moment of the Week: Low lying placenta?!
What I’m looking forward to:  A trip to the zoo with the kids.
What I’m nervous about/praying for: Praying for a healthy baby, for those who are suffering and in want, for our nation
What I miss: I kind of miss a nice Chardonnay or appletini
