WEEK 20: 20-27 March 2019/ Week 21: 27 March-3 April 2019
Hi everyone! Apologies for missing last week. With so many of the family sick and so much running around to be done, it was kind of crazy. Last week, I reached the half way point in this pregnancy! Yay! I took advantage of it by walking with the family at the zoo and then nursing family back to health. This week, I’m still working on getting baby A. back to 100%, but everything is pretty good to go.
How far along: 20 weeks/21 weeks
How big is baby: the size of a banana/carrot
Gender: Unknown (Team Green)
Events of this week: Day Trip to the Zoo for week 20 followed. Date Night to see Capt Marvel for week 21.
Symptoms: HUNGRY. After developing a nasty stomach virus for week 20, I developed a voracious appetite for week 21. I especially want yummy fruit and cereal with milk. That cereal with milk must be watched though. I don’t want to blow up thanks to the milk.
SHORT OF BREATH: Walking up stairs seems to drain me lately. I haven’t gained much weight so…man.
SHORT OF BREATH: Walking up stairs seems to drain me lately. I haven’t gained much weight so…man.
Exercise/Activity: I have been doing more walking than usual.
Sleep: I’m not sleeping as well as I would like, especially with my husbnd not so gently nudging me in the night to remind me that I am snoring. So, I invested in snoring vents and all is well with the world.
Maternity clothes: Loving the maternity over belly pants. It’s like a hug for my belly. Some of my curvier pants (non-maternity) still fit, so I’m enjoying their fit as well.
Stretch marks: Yep!
Belly Button: In.
Food cravings: Water foods! Strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, cucumbers…also cereal and milk (oddly enough)
Food aversions: Not really
Movement: Yep
Best Moment of the Week: Posing for candid preggo pics with Honeybee

I promise she’s the coolest kid ever! |
Worst Moment of the Week: Baby A. knocking over her amoxicillin after fighting not to receive it.
What I’m looking forward to: A hot bubble bath with jazz and chilled sparkling cider
What I’m nervous about/praying for: Praying for a healthy baby, for those who are suffering and in want, for our nation
What I miss: Not having short breathing
