Baby is the size of a coconut |
Hello everyone! This week’s update is for our 31st week. It’s been a pretty enjoyable week with Honeybee’s Awards Day and her schoolmates’ graduation ceremonies. Our niece also turned 13 and I can’t believe how quick that happened! I wasn’t able to join as baby A. developed a fever the day prior and I thought it wiser to keep her away from kids until we reached a full 48 hour fever free mark.
Week 32: 13-19 June 2019
How far along: 32 weeks
How big is baby: the size of a jicama. (What the heck is that)
Mommy’s Weight: 174 pounds.
Gender: Unknown (Team Green)
Events of this week: Last day of school for the kids. Father’s Day. Honeybee started summer camp!
Prepping for: Ob/Gyn visit; Bug’s first basketball game; a Prenatal massage
Symptoms: Back pain, Braxton Hicks
Baby/Maternity purchases: None
Stretch marks: Yes
Belly Button: Flat
Food cravings: Nothing really.
Food aversions: Not really
Sleep: Not really. I keep having weird dreams and I wake up quite often to be.
Movement: Baby has settled into a pattern of night movement where it moves from about 10PM to 11:30 consistently. I have small movements throughout the day and painful transitions where he or she stretches inside me. The big moments, however, are always at night.
Best Moment(s) of the Week: Honeybee had her kindergarten assessment and did phenomenally!!!
Not so great moment: Painful contractions during the week especially after sitting for a while.
Happy or Moody: Both
Looking forward to: A prenatal massage. I need it in my life!
