My 2021 Fall Dรฉcor Faves

I don’t think you all understand how much I love this season. There are just so many opportunities to spread warmth and cheer. With a new home, I’m am seeking all kinds of beautiful fall items that are cost reasonable and cute at the same time. Now, as a disclaimer, I usually like to wait until October to decorate for the Fall season, but after the long pandemic lock-down, I absolutely want to jump on this sooner than later. So, I’m sharing a few of these pieces with you today and will share some more later in the month as my Friday faves.

I know a host of people like to look down their noses at big-box discount stores, but you can find very beautiful and cute seasonal items without paying an arm and a leg for them. Remember, S. and I have five children. I love the Fall season, but I don’t need to pay exorbitant prices to show it. I have some other pieces that I absolutely love.

Incidentally, I included a few more ideas about Fall decor right below…

Fall Fashion

Clothing

Let’s not even play. I am a HUGE fan of Fall fashion. I love Fall Sweaters and thigh high boots are my absolute love. That’s why I was a little surprised when I read the Fall Fashion trend seems to be a return to the 90s. I’m not quite sure how I feel about all that, but I am SO excited to share a few of my Fall favorites with you. I’m sharing this Pinterest board of my favorite Fall Styles just to get you inspired for the upcoming season. Some of these you’ve seen before. Some are new. One of the things I’m noticing this year is a trend toward capsule wardrobes. Guys, I’m really intrigued by the idea and I’m going to have to build one and come back to report how it worked out!

Footwear

Makeup

Guys, I am not a huge wearer of makeup. But I so love seeing all the lovely persons who are amazing at it. When I do wear it, I find that I love Nyx and Black Radiance products. Nyx has a really cool virtual makeup application tool that I played with. Some of the looks were really nice. Some didn’t quite work out. Let me share a few of my faves with you.

Fall Activities

I am so looking forward to this season. I plan to spend a lot of time with the kids getting reacquainted with family whom we haven’t been able to see in the past year and a half. I am also looking forward to returning to our tradition of visiting the pumpkin patch and taking fall pictures.

In the past, I have referenced a list for Autumn activities. This time, I created my own and am sharing it with you.

Fall Recipes

You already know that I am such a fan of the soups, chowders, and crockpot meals that find themselves in my kitchen every Fall. I’ve been collecting a few crockpot favorites–some old and some new. These are the perfect recipes for chilly Autumn nights of football and shortened daylight. Enjoy!

And Just in Case You Need More…

I’m adding one more board filled with Fall things. But don’t worry. I still have a few more shares up my sleeve. Be sure to visit my Instagram page later as I share a few this or that questions with you. Have a great day and may Fall be amazingly blessed for you!
